Order Processing Times

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

- Standard processing time: 3 - 5  business days after placing your order.

- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Netherlands)

We ship all domestic orders via [e.g., PostNL (& DHL coming soon)].

- Standard delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

- Shipping cost: €4.95 flat rate.

- Free shipping: Orders above €50 qualify for free standard shipping within the Netherlands.

International Shipping

We ship to most EU countries and selected countries worldwide.

- Delivery times: Typically 3–10 business days, depending on destination.

- Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

- For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

Delays or Delivery Issues

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, or courier issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us.
