Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal) 

At Milkshake B.V. , we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you or a third party (not the carrier) receives the product.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision via a clear statement (e.g., by email or postal mail). You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not required.

2. Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned within 14 days after informing us of the withdrawal.
  • Products must be returned in original condition, unused (if reasonably possible), and with all supplied accessories and packaging.
  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Perishable goods or goods with a limited shelf life.
  • Digital products where the download has already started with your explicit consent.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item or you provide proof of return, we will refund all payments received from you, within 14 days. We will use the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise.

Please note:

  • We are not able te refund delivery costs.
  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

5. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed or stated.
